What items Kev'j will aim to sell?
Kev’j try to find items so much missed from social media among UK Hongkongers. We will also choose item related to old Hong Kong memories.
We will try to include items other than food and drinks. Maybe in future, there will be include garments or textile small items product.
Does Kev'j only have high-end brand products?
For the moment, we have very nice brand of Choi Hop Lee and Chan Yee Jai, but in the future, we will looking for brand close to Hong Kong local daily use, that is not so high-end and expensive.
Can I buy as little as 2 pack of curry?
Yes, no problem. We will send you and will charged as per the carrier.
Why Kev'j have pre-order item?
We are always looking for attractive items for our potential customers. When we found an item, and be able to get a coordination with the supplier, we will start the pre-order.
Since mostly related to transportation expenses, it would be necessary to reach certain level of to mark the product in a reasonable price, there would be a waiting of this to happen.
Once the desired amount have been reached from pre-order, an order will send to supplier.
How long do I need to wait for the pre-order item will come or not?
It depends on the pre-order items level to reach. We will set a deadline and see if the desired product level reach. You will be informed if you wish to wait for opt out.
Do I need to pay for pre-order?
Before the desired level has not reach, you need not to pay. After the level reach and we put order to supplier, we will send you notice to pay for your item.
